Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
By downloading or using Exercise Blocker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app does
Exercise Blocker intentionally restricts access to your own Mac on schedules you configure — locking the screen, blocking input, and pausing media. You are responsible for configuring it in a way that fits your life, and for using the emergency override responsibly.
License
Exercise Blocker is licensed to you for personal use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Health disclaimer
The exercise and meditation features are wellness tools, not medical advice. Consult a professional before starting an exercise program, and stop any exercise that causes pain. You use the exercise features at your own risk.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that a block can never be bypassed, that reps are always counted perfectly, or that the app is free of defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app — including missed work, missed alarms, parking tickets, or sore legs.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
